Hoster Sea does not store credit card information. We use third-party payment processors who provide us with a token. If you remove a card from your account, we remove the card from the third party provider, and destroy any records of the token.

Cancellations and Refunds

The act of discontinuing a Service or a Product provided by Hoster Sea is defined as an act of Cancellation. The customer agrees that a Cancellation request can be submitted anytime upon submitting the request via the Client Dashboard or by opening a ticket in our Billing Department

During the process of canceling a Product or a Service, Hoster Sea will attempt to resolve the reason for the Cancellation request if such is provided and act in the best interest of the client. In case the Product or Service is no longer suitable for the customer, Hoster Sea will act in compliance with our Terms of Service policy.

General Terms of Service

Prohibited Clients (Countries, Regions, Entities, and Individuals)

Service purchases, client account creation, support service, affiliate service, chat services are not provided to prohibited clients. Such clients are defined as an entity related to some countries, regions, or individuals that are prohibited by certain governments and their trade, law or economic sanctions.

Unless otherwise provided with explicit written permission, Hoster Sea also does not register and prohibits the use of any of our services in connection with, any Country-Code Top Level Domain Name (“ccTLD”) for any Sanctioned Country/Region.
